The Watcher's Council has met and voted on this week's entries. Congratulations to all the nominees for their fine posts.
Council-Member Entries:
Our own Student's Classroom Beating Caught On Videotape placed first.
The Moderate Voice's The Day I Felt Helpless in a Big Earthquakeand Dr. Sanity's A Sense of Entitlement were both strong runners-up.
Non-Council Entries:
The Diplomad won with a very well-written entry called More UNreality... But the Dutch Get It.
Darn Floor was runner-up with a post titled The Elephant in the Living Room.
Special Mentions:
An entry called A Tsunami Cannot Be Drawn in Pastels by The Anchoress was especially moving and garnered strong support from The Council. Her writing obviously comes from her heart and is very engaging to read.
Up-and-coming writer Iron Cross 11 over at The Brutality Of Reason received some votes with a post that discussed ethics: Boorishness, Elegance and Baby-Back Ribs.
