Killer Andrea Yates Will Get A New Trial

CNN is reporting that notorious Texas child murderess Andrea Yates will be getting a new trial. She is the monster that admitted to drowning her 5 children one-by-one in the family's bathroom tub.

Jurors sentenced her to life in prison is 2001.

An appeals court declared that she needed a new trial because one of the expert witnesses idiots that testified in her case admitted that he consulted an episode of the TV show Law and Order before he gave his testimony.

She is expected to again claim the insanity defense.
