Debating The Obvious In Arkansas

Brain Food?
Our friend Tony over at Red Mind In a Blue State tipped us to this story over at CNN. According to CNN, there is confusion down in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Yes, the state that inflicted Bill Clinton on an unsuspecting world can't decide whether or not giving candy to children at school is conducive to the learning process.

The Little Rock School District says no candy is to be given to kids at school. Contradicting the district, the State Board Of Education says that candy is OK. Apparently none of these decision makers has any idea what effect sugar has on young children.
