More Than Meets The Eye

When I first saw this story about all 15 of Baltimore's public high schools closing their swimming pools due to funding cuts, I thought, "no big deal."

And then I reconsidered.

For some of these inner-city kids, this is their only chance to participate in any type of aquatic sports and activities.
