Huh?

Would you believe that in California there is a district superintendent who will reward teachers who vote, punish those that do not, and, if everyone in his office staff casts a ballot, will buy them lunch?

Believe it!

Ed's Note: In California, superintendents need no credential or licensure whatsoever, and, as is the case with all California school administrators, they do not need to pass any sort of competency examination.
