The Watcher's Council
The Watcher's Council has met and voted on this past week's Council and Non-Council entries. The Watcher's Council is a jury of 12 Bloggers (and the Watcher) who evaluate a slate of entries by both Council members and non-Council members. The Council then votes for those posts that are considered the most link-worthy.
