Bush Hires A New Education Secretary

President Bush has nominated long-time associate Margaret Spellings (left) to replace Rod Paige as Secretary of the Department of Education. We here at The Education Wonks can think of a couple of very nice reasons why we prefer Ms. Spellings to Mr. Paige.
