And Now For Something Completely Different...

I just saw this on CNN, and even though their site didn't have a link, I soon found it somewhere else. It seems that the state of Virginia has tentatively passed a law making it a crime to wear pants so low that they expose the underwear. Violators could be fined $50.00. (Perhaps it should be more if the underwear is dirty.)

Perhaps this law's actual name should be the: "Just Say No To Crack Act."

As for the JSNCA's future, how fast can you say, "Overturned on appeal?"

Reminder: Entries for the first Carnival Of Education should be received by 10:00 PM (Pacific) this evening. To get full details, please

Update: (Feb. 10) CNN is reporting that Virginia's legislature has decided not to enact this law.
