Teachers And Job Satisfaction

Citing a piece by Education Gadfly regarding a MetLife survey of teachers, Joanne Jacobs tells us that more teachers are satisfied with their jobs than at any time in the last 20 years.

But both Jacobs and MetLife report that the best and brightest teachers are the most likely to walk away from the classroom.
