How Could This Happen?

During recess last Friday, a second grade St. Louis girl appears to have been sexually assaulted by 12 first and second-grade boys.

The incident happened on the playground of Columbia Accelerated Community Educational Center.

One teacher has already been fired and another suspended.

I was watching CNN this morning, and I've got to say that I respect the way Superintendent of Schools Creg Williams got out in front of this.
