It seems as though the International Red Cross is going New Age.

The sad thing is that this took many years to negotiate and cost the organization an untold amount of money because of all the travel, conferences and other wastage expenses.

For some unknown reason, I suddenly feel a very strong urge to download some music by this lovely Irish lass. (*wistful sigh*)
