The Carnival Midway Is Open!

The 39th edition of The Carnival Of Education is open over at guest host Scott Elliot's Get on the Bus, with lots of thoughts and ideas being freely exchanged! As Get on the Bus is affilitated with the Dayton Daily News, this is the first time that a major blog Carnival has been hosted on a MSM-affiliated site.
