Where Were The Parents?

Last Friday, in a town close to Tacoma, Washington, two twelve-year-old boys were shooting bottle rockets at passing traffic after midnight.

An irate driver stopped and chased one of the boys into traffic, where the kid was struck by a car and killed. Meanwhile, the boy's twelve-year-old male accomplice cousin received a beating at the hands of the car's passenger.

Where was the parental supervision? It's too bad that the parents weren't also arrested.
