Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who is already soundly disliked by Boss Barbara Kerr's California Teachers Association, has a $5 million personal problem on his hands.

The special election called by the governor to determine the future of teacher tenure (among other things) is still scheduled for this November.

Update: (PM) He's canceled the deal. But is that the end of it?
