Can This Possibly Be True?

All of us that teach in either public (or private) schools have an innate fear of "The Class From Hell." Here is the story of a New York City teacher that "teaches" a Class From Hell. Things are so bad that she has written an anonymous letter to the City Council describing the violent conditions at her middle school. Anonymous says that she can't teach because the class is infested with a number of defiant and disruptive students. One day she called over 35 parents about their kid's awful behavior, but the situation did not improve.

Can things in the Bronx possibly be as bad as she says?
