Joanne Jacobs Goes To Washington!

Joanne Jacobs will be reading selections from, and signing copies of, her latest book Our School in the nation's capital Thusday.

We've read Our School and heartily recommend it for all who are interested in efforts to improve public education.

Look for Ms. Jacobs at William E. Doar Jr. Charter School for the Performing Arts at 5:30 PM. The school's address is: 705 Edgewood Street N.E. Washington, DC 20017. Easily obtain complete directions (with mileage) for getting to the campus right here.

As an extra-special added bonus, a group of student musicians are scheduled to give a performance.
